There are 2 ways of doing it.
(1) DIY:
(a) Advertise on newspaper and owner's rental DIY portal. Indicate your rental rate.
(b) Broadcast your phone number to public, answer all questions posted by anyone.
(c) Arrange all viewings. Perform sales presentations.
(d) Identify eligibility of tenant with legal residence status.
(e) Negotiate, draft a tenancy contract and ensure it is legally recognised.
(2) Leave all these hassle to a property agent with a price of half month rental for 1yr or less tenancy, 1 month rental for 2yrs tenancy.
