Hi Sat,..market rental now decreasing,but ofcos i will get the best price for your property,.price depends on the location(near mrt?),..furn or unfurn,..aircon or without,..and also renovation status,..etc,etc..previously asking rental at clementi for 2+1(3rm flat),..going at 1.8k to 2.5k...as for now,put it your unit fully furn with aircon,..i would quote 1.8k negotiable..kindly give me a call for a further discussion and on the simple understanding procedures of rental..thanks.

In general if you're renting to family budget will be lower but if you're concern on the maintance of your flat, the right profile is also important in long run.
