I went to see the new Sail @ Marina, and loved the open floor plans with the sliding doors, but didn't quite like the location as much. Are there similar, open style floor plans, but perhaps in the Tanjong Pagar / Outram area (or elsewhere for that matter), that aren't ridiculously expensive (around 3-3.5k for about 800sqft)?
