If you would like to DIY and find tenants on your own, perhaps you could try advertising in the Classified papers or online forums. If you are open to engaging a professional agent to help you to take care of the entire procedure (help to market the unit, arrange viewings, show tenants the unit, negotiate the pricing, close the deal, take care of the paperwork, etc), please do contact me as I will be glad to be of assistance.
