i would like to buy HDB EA near woodlands yishun sembawang or somewhere easy access to malaysia bcos i need to travel everyday to JB to work, can Gurus advise which area is good ? means high appreciation in next 5 years ? we are PR malaysia, plan to stay singapore for kids study for another 6 years.

Morning Lee,

If you are talking about appreciation within the next 6 years, Sembawang might be out as the projected plan should not be completed before your projected timeline.

Woodlands and Yishun would be good but would have to depend on your budget and preference. Woodlands is much easier for you, in terms of travel but may cost slightly more.
