If I buy a resale HDB flat now, am I allowed to hold on to my COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL private property (not residential property), ie not required to dispose of it within 6-month? Thank you.

Hi Sharon,

Commercial/ industrial property are also private property, so you are not allow to hold on to them if you wish to buy resale HDB now.

    On HDB website, it seems to state that we are required to get rid of only private RESIDENTIAL property with half year. Pls check and advise if my understanding, thank you.
