I'll be relocating to Singapore by mid of December and am interested in renting a 2BHK (fully-furnished or semi-furnished for a couple, no kids) by first week of Jan 09. I would prefer Western side, closer to the natural reserve. Preferably an HDB will do. Would like to know the range of rental rates? Also, an agent told me that apartments near Sengkang are new. Is that true? Also, would like to know what are the commission charges (if agents are involved) and other costs involved in rentals?
Am looking for a reliable agent who can help me on these..
