Good afternoon Melvin,

If you are not an undergraduate from Real Estate, you will have to fork out these to become a realtor.

1) REA course depends on which school and its intensity. Some providers are as low as $600, some are as high as $900.

You can check and compare the providers with the below link from CEA website.

2) RES exam: $240+

3) Once you clear the exams, the CEA fees and registration $230+ $53.50.

Different course providers are offering different rates for the RES course. The constant will be the RES examination fees, CEA License Fees and Admin fees.
