Hi there,

It is good to have your plans mapped out early. Real estate industry definitely has very attractive returns if you run it right, but it is also easy to be able to juggle it between school and project works. Your discipline and time management will be critical in managing both your academics and business well.

For a start, before you even embark on this journey, you will be required to register and complete the RES course and clear the RES exams before you will be eligible to register for a license to practise as a RES. Only those with necessary academic qualifications (diploma in real estate related fields) can skip the above process and register directly to practise.

I have a few interested candidates who are doing their RES course now and preparing for their exams in June.
If you are keen to embark on this business, I will be more than happy to partner you and build this business with you.
Warmest regards,
