HI Faizan, yes many of my foreigner clients they had brought or transferred funds from overseas to make payment for their property purchases, and have also taken out mortgage loans from local banks.
But in order to determine how much mortgage loan you will be able to get, and at what quantum that is the part that has to be left to the banks.
