I'm looking for a 3 bedrooms newly completed project in katong / marine parade area. Any recommendations ?

Also what is the reasonable price psf for current market.

Is the current market overly priced ?

Hi,

Buying,selling and leasing is the same what makes a difference is the agent. "A Powerful and effective Negotiator".

I have a few units in One Amber and Esta. For One Amber the price is moving to $1,300psf and for Esta average is around $1,250psf.

Alternatively if you don't mind leasehold project I also have Cote D Azur at $1,100psf average. Read More
