I'm staying in an EC at Chestervale for about 12 years. There'll be an MRT station at Junction 10 (previously known as Ten Mile Junction)by 2015. It takes about 5-8 mins drive from my place to the MRT station. Do you think by then, my property will increase? I've recently bought an apartment in Lorong 8 and TOP is Yr 2015. Which one will fetch a better price if I want to rent it out or sell?
