If the intention is about earning more money, I believe there are many other ways where your time spent can be translated directly into dollars and cents. Real estate is not an industry where returns reciprocates the efforts spent. It is an industry where hard work, efforts, commitment and enterprising attitude makes alot of difference between the top producers and the non-producers. We do see producers who are holding onto full time employment, making decent returns because they have been committed into this business, time wise, effort wise, money wise and attitude wise. There are full time agents still not closing deals on a regular basis for your information despite being in this industry for years.

There are just too many glorified stories about making lots of money in this industry, but who would really like to paint a sad picture being in this industry? Would anyone go around telling everyone that he or she is a non producer being in this industry?
