A good buy to buyer 'A' may not be a good buy to buyer 'B'. It truly depends on what are the key considerations for purchasing that matters.
As with most city fringe projects, the take up rates are usually healthy during the initial phase unless there is more than 1 project launching within the vicinity.
If I may understand more about your plans in terms of real estate acquisition, like investment returns, capital appreciation, liquidity and etc, perhaps it could be easier to work on a shortlist of projects instead of plainly following the norm.
