Is this a good time to sell our conservation house and get a 5 room HDB?

Afternoon,
As we are aware, conservation houses are extremely rare in Singapore and their prices house always being on the raise. Depending on the location of your current unit and where you intend to purchase your upcoming unit, it's definitely a good positive sales. As the word goes, you sell high, it's likely you will also buy high, unless you have additional place to stay and wait for better timing.
Work out the sums and ask yourself if you are comfortable with possible cash balance, after S&P.
