Just want to sell my HDB woodlands , how long does it takes and documents ?

Hi,
As long as it meet the 5 years MOP, you just need to go hdb website to register your intent to sell.
The next document require will be during the offer stage where you issue Option To Purchase (OTP).
I can't advise on the timeline as a lot of factors will determine how fast the flat can be sold. Factors such as but not limited to:
1) price
2) location
3) demand and supply
It will be best if you engage a professional agent to assist you.

In addition, upon securing an offer for your flat, there is also a 3 weeks Option period where buyer will make administrative efforts to request for valuation and arrange for their loan arrangements, therefore in total, it is usually 11 weeks to complete a transaction upon securing an offer.
