Lentoria vs Lentor Mansion, which will you buy for 2 bedroom unit?

Hi,
Personally, Lentor Mansion ticks more boxes for its larger land size and more facilities, guocoland branding, more units (typically leading to healthier transaction volume and easier resale). It is also slightly nearer and more direct walk to the mall, park and MRT.
The rest are subjective such as overall landscaping design, interior finishes, views and layouts. Both also have the proximity to chij st nick school. If both prices are similar, LM seems to have a slight edge.
