Yes, once you achieved wpln level 5, it is equivalent to GCE 4 Os and you can sign up for RES courses. Recently I recruited a new arrival who had wpln level 5, sat for August RES exams and passed, now already in my team. Once you passed your res exams, I welcome you to join me in Propnex.
