Sorry for the abrupt interruption to your query posted more than 2 years ago. The purpose of me revisiting your question is according to my action plans for 2012, that is to revisit all old queries and old clients to see how I can serve them better.

Current landed property pricing has increased tremendously in value and referring to your post for a corner terrace or semi-detached below $2.5m, I'd say it is few and far between.

I do have a corner terrace for sale in Lorong Changi for $2.7m. Land size is 2700sqf Build 3000sqf. In addition, I am part of a dedicated team of agents who are operating from D14-18 landed properties, and have on hand more than 50 landed properties for sale in the east of various sizes and builds.
