Looking for agents and landlords open to work with our company FlatMonthly. We are looking for Condo units for rent in Districts 1-15. Those that have nearby amenities, close to the MRT, expat-friendly locations. We want to list those units for short term rentals to young professional expats coming to SG for stays minimum 3 months onwards. (Complies with URA regulations)
We take the pains out of marketing your units. We basically digitize the entire process of the rental. Where we have the potential tenants looking for places to rent. They view the properties via our interactive 3D home tours. If they like it, they can book it online. Pay the deposit, sign the tenancy agreement digitally. We even handle the enquires. Once that is complete, we hand it over to you (agent/landlord) to welcome your new tenant on the move-in date.
