Looking to by a 2,000sqf condo that is about 10-12 yrs old. I plan to rip out evering, ie kitchen, bathrooms (2x) and flooring. Might even consider changing the windows if the building allows. All in all, quite big renovation. Seeking some rough estimate on how much that'll cost. Looking for great quality and finishing. Does 250-300k suffice?

Hi Serious buyer 88,

Yes, I think your budget of 250-300k should be sufficient, as one of clients also did a "revamp" on her 1,200sqft condo with ard 80k reno. Btw, if you need help in sourcing for your 2,000sqft condo, do contact me at 9625 0023  .
