Hi there, kitchen appliances and electrical items what are usually affix to the unit such as Oven, dishwasher and classified as fixture will usually be left behind. For the rest of the item, it's usually up for discussion with the owner and should be stated in the inventory list to be attached to the OTP or TA.

As this is a completed development, the kitchen appliances may have been changed by the current owners, so it is advisable to view the units and check with the owners what they will leave behind while making the offer.
