May I know the responsiblities of RES working for developer?

Hi Ms Luxmy, the responsibility of those RES representing the developer is to advice and to transmit all the information of the particular condo project as clearly and precise as possible. That will include price, floor area, floorplan and etc. I would love to assist you further on this matter too and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
