My wife and I encountered a shocking incident tonight. I found one condo via property guru and called to the agent. He promised to show a condo at 7:15pm and he showed up 7:45pm. He was trying to pass his business card to us without any apologies. I asked him "what time was our appointment?". He simply replied to me that 7:15pm. I said to him "Do not waste my time." and he still did not apologize to us at all. Instead he got angry and he did not show us the condo. It is a business appointment. In any business scene, if I am late for any meeting, I say "I am sorry, I am late.". He is one of the top sales person for the firm. Do you think that this kind of attitude undermine his company reputation and its business?

Yes, it is attitude issue and very surprised. My friend dealt with Orange Tee and the agent is still his favorite. Not only agents but also clients are looking for long term relationship with agents if they are professional.
