Dear owner,

I suppose you will be subjected to Seller Stamp Duty since your purchase was done in 2013? The estimated price gain should be small if not negligible. The plus point is that if there is buyer specifically looking for this size in this project, there are only 2 garden suite units from my understanding.

Would be a better option to rent out once TOP as it is likely to generate decent demand because of the location.

Am I right to say that you had purchased this unit in May of 2013? If so, you will be subjected to Seller Stamp Duty of 4-8% depending when the sale occurs.

There is a demand for units for rental there and the rates for a 2 bedder are $4500 upwards if we take The Clift as an example. I would highly suggest to hold the unit for a while longer if you're able to and rent it out in the meantime to avoid paying such a high Seller Stamp Duty.
