(1) ask landlord provide initial colour code of the ID WORK and go back same supplier to find the lamination to be as close to MATCH the other colours // this is REASONABLE N FAIR ...

if really cannot solved and agree AFTER TRYING TO NEGO > LAST RESORT then maybe go small claim> cos it takes time and efforts too plus uncertainty . BUT ABOVE logic > u can let small claim judge know that The color code of lamination can be obtained usually but landlord not cooperative and not reasonable to demand tenant do a " free upgrade" of all lamination which is costly. Disclaimer : depends on how the NEW LAMINATION OF THAT 1 DOOR IS ABLE TO " GEL" WITH THE REST OF THE DOORS > DOES IT LOOK " UGLY" ... LANDLORD CANNOT ASSUME IT CERTAINLY LOOK " UGLY" > Ned a 3rd party carpenter to give professional opinion,...

We purposely not seek other contractor but ask the MA to provide the contact. They shared the contractor who was handling for the condo, we approached them and the contractor replied and advised a quote for 1 door.
We informed owner to consider either deduct that 1 door from our deposit or we proceed to change but they have to note of that 1 door being new, color brighter. They harp on uniforminity and color difference and ask us change.
All rectifications done were sourced by us and paid by us.
However now owner said they dont mind to SCT and want to clawback previous 2 issues they initially accepted cos we disagree on the 5 doors.
