Hi kick fit,

It depends, yes for closed door or open door balloting.

Nope for if you want to view show flat with cheque for first batch of privileged customers. It is just a ticket to go in.

There is a new launch at ripple bay quite good buy. You might want to consider viewing it, no need to give cheque for going into the showroom

Also, depends how each developer pitch the sales conditions before Vvip preview
