The filter doesn't work when I select "whole unit". I am looking for a whole unit and I don't want shared rooms to show up in my result. Apparently, your filters doesn't apply the correct logic. When I select some Property type, rental type, price, bedroom, it should mean "the result is the intersection of all the conditions above". Now when I check "whole unit" without selecting anything under "Bedroom", a lot of single room popped up and it's just a waste of my time. When i check "whole unit" it means I ONLY WANT TO SEE WHOLE UNIT.
I don't think the agents are clickbaiting because when they are filling up the form it doesn't require them to mark the property as a whole unit or not. So to be honest, this filter is just not working at all. Why not remove it, stop wasting my time, OR redesign your database so each listing contains a "isWholeUnit" flag, require the agents to answer if this listing is a whole unit, and implement that filter properly so I don't have to give up on propertyguru?
