Currently there is no strata terrace units for sale in Stars of Kovan due to the Sellers Stamp Duty is still applicable to the sellers, hence chances of the sellers wanting to sell now is very low.. I do have nearby strata landed that is also ready for occupation ( just TOP recently ), 999 yrs leasehold.. Please do contact me for further info as i'm unable to contact you here. Thanks

Hi Alan,

All the 5 strata terrace in Stars of Kovan was taken in March 2018, and are still within the SSD period.

Hence, the owners of these terraces will incur SSD charges. For them to sell the property, they would probably require the Buyer to compensate them on these SSD charges, on top of their expected profits on the property.

If you are willing to pay a significant premium for one of these terrace, do let me know. I will see if I'm able to get one of these owners to let go of their units.
