We are staying in a condo and thinking to downgrade to buy a hdb from open market. we bought the condo in year 2012. I'd like to know if:-
- If the period of staying in condo less than 5 year, would this affect stamp duty that we're going to pay when sell the condo?
- How much is the estimated stamp duty that I have to pay when sell the condo (Estimate Selling Price @ 820k)?
- How much is the estimated stamp duty that I need to pay when purchase resale HDB flat (Estimate Purchase Price @ 450K)?
- How much is the agent fee?
- Are we eligible to get CPF grant if monthly household income exceed 12k?
