What is define as luxury homes in Singapore?

Dear sir/madam,
There is no definition of luxury homes in Singapore, therefore it is basically up to individual's perception of what is a luxurious home. Such homes typically applies to unusually huge units in prime districts but can also appear in outskirts districts like Seletar or East Coast and West Coast. For example, I have a detached home for sale which has a private basement garage which can keep up to 12 cars on the west coast, where some huge bungalows do not have such features. It maybe a luxury to some home buyers but not others. I have another detached home with over 30000sqf of build up area which includes pool, massage parlour, theatrerette and others.
