According to my understanding, legal fees incurred for selling depends on the selling price as well as if there is any outstanding housing loan, and if you are selling and buying simultaneously, it would be good to let the same lawyer handle for you as difference I believe that the difference in legal fees is not much. To know more on the charges, it will be good if you can call up the respective lawyers' office to get a quote as we are not in a position to do so. I can only quote you the sales commission for assisting you to sell and buy. In addition, I strongly believe that if you can achieve a good price in selling your place, these will not be significant too. Hope you understand.
