There are various different units of 1 and 2 bedrooms available for sale and the calling price range difference is relatively huge. Do you have a specific requirement in terms of size of unit to begin with the review?

Viva Vista is located in District 5 nearer to West Coast area, and this is in fact a boutique mixed development with commercial elements on the ground floor. If I do not recall wrongly, there is a NTUC within 2km walk at Alexandra Road as well as some F&B options nearby.
