Viva Vista is located in District 5 nearer to West Coast area, and this is in fact a boutique mixed development with commercial elements on the ground floor. If I do not recall wrongly, there is a NTUC within 2km walk at Alexandra Road as well as some F&B options nearby. It would be great to arrange for viewing in the project, make a visit down to understand the vibes in the area.
