The price difference between the different parts of Bukit Batok itself is quite huge, from as low as $2,700 at Bukit Batok Street 25 back in September, to as high as $3,700 in November at Bukit Batok Central. The extent of renovations and location will be the key indicator on how much you can fetch for the rental.
