If you were to reference past transactions from Sep-Dec 2012, selling price along Woodlands Ave 6 range from $355k to $430k.

To be more precise, it will boil down to the exact location. Without assessing the condition of your unit, it'll not be practical to estimate a price for you since the data I had presented are just past transactions and each unit are different.

I do know there is one mid floor 4A unit at 627 woodlands ave 6 currently in the market, valuation at $365k. You may like to take this as a guide.

Without knowing the exact location and condition of your unit, it is difficult to come up with an accurate estimation.
