What is the expected rental fee from executive apartment (3 rooms + 1 study) in sembawang? Fully furnished and the 3 bedrooms are airconditioned. V well maintained. Nice views. 8 mins walk to MRT. Already fulfill the min occupancy period. Any agent interested to market this?

    Hi Thanks for replying. As I am new to this, I need to know if the appointment of an agent to market my house will have to be on an exclusive arrangement. That is, I cannot appoint another agent for the next 3 months? What if the agent is unable to get a satisfactory rates for me?
