low floor unit (can't disclose here),
3+1rm, 1249sqft, $685psf. This was sold by my team.
This unit was sold 9 days ago. This is the true and latest selling price.
It is not useful to be looking at URA indicators because they show you activities that were going on 3 months ago.
You need a real time system to be on the forefront and to take advantage of the current situation.
Prices are great right now, what are you plans? Upgrade? Downgrade? Invest with rental yield? I got tons of properties in the D18 area that is under $1 million.
