The new ruling is to keep the market stable. It aims at Mass Market speculations. Though aim at mass market, property measures being tailor for property will certainly impact the Luxury market too. However how strong the impact on prime and luxury market is still unseen. Analysis has views such as little impact. Nevertheless, in the next few month, the market sentiments will show.
