SPRs are eligible to purchase private apartments/ condos and even landed in Sentosa (need to apply for LDAU approval).

SPR are also eligible to purchase HDB with their spouse, subject to eligibility conditions.

1. May I know if you are single or married? If you are a single Permanent Resident, you are eligible to buy private properties such as condominiums in Singapore.

2. Do you intend to take loan for your purchase?

SPR can purchase most private non-landed developments (ie condos), and SPR married couples of with 3 years SPR status can purchase resale HDB as well. Do note 5% additional buyer stamp duty applies.
