May I know if your unit is a 4-room or 5-room? If you are referring to the latest transaction in block 450E, there was a 5-room 135 sqm unit on the 4 to 6 level that transacted at $810k in July 2024.
There is also a 10 to 12 floor 4-room 107 sqm unit in the same block transacting at $620k in May 2024
