What should be the ideal price for a 150 sq.ft.studio near tampines MRT?

Dear sir/madam,
I am marketing a 200sqf studio apartment in Sin Ming Plaza that comes fully furnished with a kitchenette and attached bathroom at $1800 negotiable. The last rental for this place done last year was at $1650 exclusive the utilities bill. I suppose the place you are mentioning should be also in similar range.
