Why are Segar road hdb rates lower wrt a market comparision?
I had noticed that prices for Segar road was higher COMPARATIVELY to other locations than Woodlands/marseling and such areas. Previously (at about 2011 ND 2013) Now when i look at the comparitive price. Now it seems the other way round and the price in Segar road area has gone lower to woodlands.
It should have been other way round specially since an MRT is going to come in this area.
what are your views?
