Hi Tom,

Do you really think that prices will drop with more tightening measures? I strongly agree with what Jaryl had mentioned on measures to cool property measures but not to bring prices down, however, if you have intention of looking at another unit, I would suggest to sell away 1 of the units instead of both and rent out the other one to be safe. What do you think? Call me for a more thorough discussion.
