With the new measures of ABSD, is it a better deal to look for existing condo with high rental for investment purposes rather than new project as there are waiting time and no returns till it is TOP?

Greetings,

The ABSD should not be the factor to determine the kind of property to invest in.

Existing properties with tenancy are safe. Consider projects which are in not so prime areas, but with development happening close by like MRTs, Business parks etc.
