Would like to know valuation for landed FH Terrace in Sunrise area(Off YCK)

It is important to know the condition of landed terrace you are referring to?
We can easily extract out the past transactions in Sunrise area for your reference, however, we will not know the condition of individual unit to explain the differences.
There is 1 unit transacted at >$1300psf while others are transacting at between $800psf to $1100psf.
If you are looking to sell your existing property, we will need to know more details about your unit as well as the condition of your unit.
