SING Holdings is launching its BelleRive, a 15-storey apartment tower, this weekend on Bukit Timah Road between Balmoral and Robin Roads.

The said residential building has a total of 51 units – available in two and three-bedroom units ranging from 958 sq. ft. to 1,679 sq. ft.

BelleRive also showcases two penthouses ranging from 2,734 sq. ft. to 3,735 sq. ft., complete with private roof gardens, swimming pools and pool decks.

SING Holdings also brags BelleRive’s furnished kitchens from notable brands such as Gaggenau kitchen appliances and Hoffen kitchen design ideas.

Lee Sze Hao, chief executive of SING holdings, claimed yesterday that fifty percent (50%) of the freehold project was sold during the recent preview.

Indicative price ranges between $1,325 and $1,464 per sq. ft., and the developer is negotiating an interest absorption scheme with the unit buyers.

In terms of proximity, BelleRive is relatively near the upcoming MRT station in Stevens Road and to several schools such as Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, Raffles Girls Secondary School, Anglo-Chinese School in Barker Road, and St. Joseph’s Institution.

Sing Holdings’ previous projects include the high-end residential block in the Ardmore Park area, the 38 Draycott Drive, an office building in the East Coast, the EastGate, pipeline residential projects in the Meyer Residence around the East Coast area, and a joint-venture residential project at Cairnhill, The Laurels, which they dominantly own at 85 percent.
