The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will release a tender for an industrial site situated at the corner of Soon Lee Drive and Pioneer Road North.
The land parcel, which has a 30-year lease period and a site area of 1.9 hectares, was formerly included in the reserve list system.
Based on the reserve list system, a site will only be launched for sale if it receives the minimum bid that is acceptable to the Singapore government.
One developer, who refused to be named, applied to bid for the site at a price not less than S$8.2 million.
The tender for the site will be open to the public in about two weeks.
