3 prime locations for landed homes

30 Sep 2009

West Coast / Pasir Panjang

This area is not only near higher learning institutions like The National University of Singapore, it is also just a 15- to 20-minute drive away from the CBD.

The opening of West Coast Plaza, VivoCity and other shopping malls added much life, vibrancy and vigor to this choice location. The soon to be opened Circle Line, with stations connecting to Labrador Park, Telok Blangah, Haw Par Villa, Pasir Panjang, and One-North and Kent Ridge, will make this area more readily accessible.

Bukit Timah

This landed home location is one of the more popular choices in Singapore because of it is situated near to several elite schools like Hwa Chong Institution, Nanyang, Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, Methodist Girls’ School, St Joseph’s Institution and Anglo-Chinese School at Barker Road.

Bukit Timah is presently not serviced by an MRT line. However, the Downtown Line will be opening stations at Botanic Gardens, Stevens, Sixth Avenue, Tan Kah Kee, Beauty World, King Albert Park, Cashew and Hillview in 2015.

East Coast

This location includes East Coast Road, Mountbatten, Siglap, Bedok and Tanjong Katong. East Coast is also popular among home seekers because it is located near the beach and it is readily accessible to town through the East Coast Parkway.

Access to this particular location will be made even easier by newly opened Circle Line MRT stations like Dakota and Mountbatten. Furthermore, the proposed Eastern Region Line will provide transportation through the Marine Parade and Tanjong Rhu estates.
