12 Blues Resort & Spa, the first hotel residences project in the Maldives that offers individual foreign ownership, will be launched for sale in Singapore, Hong Kong and London in November and December this Year.
Situated in Raa Atoll in the Indian Ocean, 12 Blues Resort & Spa is only a 35-minute seaplane journey north of the capital of the Maldives. Featuring innovative architecture, it will comprise seven beach villas of 4,983 sq ft and 33 water villas of 3,820 sq ft. 12 Blues Resort & Spa will also feature a wide range of food and beverage choices from sushi counters and tapas bars to fine dining.

“We are also pleased that this is the first time you can privately own a villa on a resort in the Maldives,” added Mr. Mohammed.
The villas will be sold from US$1.855 million. Once completed, the cost of accommodation will be about US$2,000 per night.
