K-REIT Asia Management Limited (KRAM) has announced that it has appointed Ms. Eve Chan as its chief financial officer effective today.
Ms. Chan has over 18 years of experience in group accounting, tax, finance, corporate finance and treasury where she held several senior finance posts with portfolios in the Asia Pacific and Middle East.
Ms. Chan has also been engaged in various corporate activities like mergers, acquisition and divestment exercises, Public Offering launches, as well as structuring and organisation of numerous real estate investment trusts and private equity real estate funds.
Ms. Ng Hsueh Ling, chief executive of KRAM, said: “Eve’s experience and in-depth financial expertise will contribute to K-REIT Asia’s growth and strengthen our position as a pan-Asian REIT.”
Ms. Chan completed her Bachelor of Accountancy at Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore as well as CPA Australia.
